Der katholische Theologe Wolfgang Treitler will Jesus nicht länger als göttlichen Erlöser verstehen. Für ihn ist damit antijüdisches Gedankengut verbunden. Dennoch habe der Mann aus Nazareth eine entscheidende Rolle für seine Verbindung zu Gott.
