At the Department of Biblical Studies, a post-doctoral position is to be filled for a period of 6 years (100%) starting from January 1, 2022. The Department of Biblical Studies / New Testament currently consists of four scholars with different scholarly accents. For the advertised position applicants are requested to finish their habilitation in the given time at the chair of Prof. Tiwald (publication of the thesis already included). A special accent on Pauline studies and research on early Judaism is desired. The candidate will also be expected to help in the other projects of the chair.
