Faculty administration
The faculty administration consists of the dean, the vice dean for teaching, the vice deans for faculty development and corporate communications, as well as the directors of studies for SPL 1, “Theology (Catholic, Orthodox, Islamic) and Religious Studies,” and the directors of studies for SPL 60, “Theology (Catholic, Orthodox, Islamic) and Religious Studies.”

Areas of Responsibility: Budget, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Public Relations, Target Agreement with the Rectorate and the Faculty Departments
Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Corporate Communications
Responsibilities: Acting on behalf of the Dean, organizing the faculty development process, managing internal and external corporate communications matters
Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of the SPL 1 Study Program
Responsibilities: Point of contact for all theological degree programs in SPL 1 (BA, MA, Diplom), recognition of academic credits, admissions issues, degree conferral, SSC supervisory duties
Director of Studies for the SPL 1 Theology (Catholic, Orthodox, Islamic) and Religious Studies Directorate of Studies
Responsibilities: Curriculum planning, approval of thesis topics, plagiarism checks on theses
Deputy Director of Studies for the SPL 60 Doctoral Program in Theology (Catholic, Orthodox, Islamic) and Religious Studies
Responsibilities: Doctoral program matters (SPL 60), admission to doctoral studies, requirements for doctoral studies
Coordination of faculty-wide dissertation presentations, public defences, and doctoral thesis agreements

Responsibilities: Matters related to research and international affairs; point of contact for study law matters regarding the Religious Studies degree programs

Responsibilities: Point of contact for study law matters regarding the Islamic Theological Studies programs
Dean's Office
The Dean's Office is the organizational and administrative hub of the faculty. It supports the faculty leadership, oversees the faculty's administrative affairs, and is responsible, among other things, for personnel and budgetary matters as well as for coordinating research and teaching at the faculty.
Managing Director of the Dean's Office
Responsibilities: Budget matters, human resources, academic affairs, facility management; advising the KTF leadership team
Deputy Director of the Dean's Office
Responsibilities: Acting on behalf of the Faculty Manager, budget control, travel expense reports, leave of absence, Conference and Event Management
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: Faculty space planning and management; editing the faculty website, social media channels, and newsletter; taking minutes at meetings; assisting with Conference and Event Management
External Funding Coordinator
Responsibilities: u:cris documentation, administrative support for grant applications, liaison with the university's research services office

Responsibilities: IT coordination, procurement, first-level support
