Learning Agreement
- On our part it is sufficient if you provide us with your Learning Agreement after your arrival in Vienna at the beginning of your Erasmus stay. Please visit us during the office hours to discuss the details of your course choices.
- However, we recommend that you send us a list of your preferred course choices via email to the departmental coordinator prior to your arrival in Vienna, so that we have an idea of your wishes.
Confirmation of courses outside our field of study
- Please note that our departmental coordinators can confirm courses only in our field of study. If you have chosen courses in other fields of study, please take a look here for more information.
- The participation in language courses at the Language Center of the University of Vienna can be confirmed by the departmental coordinator. Please provide us with a registration confirmation or a certificate of a completed course.
Other study-related confirmations
- Should you need documents signed for your home university that include course-specific information e.g. language of instruction, please turn to your departmental coordinator.
- If you need a certificate of departure, please contact the International Office directly.
